Meghan Ellis, CICA, is a Principal Auditor with the New Jersey Office of the State Auditor in the Office of Legislative Services. With over 12 years of experience in government auditing, she has conducted financial statement, performance, and compliance audits for a wide range of state departments, commissions, agencies, and school districts.

Meghan has been an active member of the AGA since 2016, serving in numerous leadership roles, including President of the Trenton Chapter. She is currently serving her third term as the Trenton Chatper’s representative to the National Council of Chapters (NCC).

A 2012 graduate of Monmouth University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Meghan resides in New Jersey. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, taking her dog Miles for walks, and spending time at the beach on Long Beach Island.
